Carleton is our Vice Chairman – Emeritus. After an illustrious career growing, managing, and helping companies including INDUS over the past two years, Carleton has retired from his role as President and Vice Chairman of INDUS. This is indeed, Carleton’s third attempt at retirement. Carleton is still very active in the community and continues to share his experience and wisdom with the INDUS executive team in an advisory capacity.

During his tenure at INDUS, Carleton worked with CEO Shiv Krishnan and other senior company leaders in directing the company in such critical areas as strategic planning, customer relationships, corporate business development, industry partnerships, and growth through acquisition of other companies. With Carleton’s leadership, INDUS solidified its market stature and is strongly positioned to bid on several key DoD and Air Force contracts.

Under his emeritus title, Carleton now enjoys more time with his family, continues to volunteer at the Washington National Cathedral, and advises INDUS on growth initiatives.
