The scope of the Alliant Basic Contract includes any and all components of an integrated
Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies
that emerge during the life cycle of the Basic Contract, and IT
systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR
39.002. The Basic Contract provides for a broad
range of services/ IT solutions, and extends to the integration of various technologies critical
to the services being acquired.
As the definition of IT changes over the lifecycle of the Basic Contract, the scope
of the Basic Contract will be considered to coincide with the then prevailing definition.
Alliant Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Features:
- Ten year Multiple Award/Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA/IDIQ) (Five
year base, one five year option)
- $50 Billion contract ceiling

– IT Applications Services
– IT Infrastructure Services

- Supports various task order contract types:
– Fixed Price (FPI, FPAF)
– Cost (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF)
– Time & Material and Labor Hour
- For Use, with delegation, by Federal and Department of Defense Agencies
- Ability to Support Regional and Global IT requirements
- Aggressive Small Business subcontracting goals
- Allows for Ancillary Support to include alteration and repair for integrated IT
solutions

- Task Order Ordering Guide available to all Alliant customers
