“We’re the go-to people. I’ve never been at a company where management was this ‘clued in.’”

Cathy, an eight-year INDUS veteran, has managed acquisitions programs for both the Department of State and the Department of Commerce. She characterizes herself as a “problem solver.”
“I’m in charge of business operations support, which basically means I help people work smarter rather than harder. I analyze problems and tasks within the program and figure out the best way to solve them.”
Cathy truly believes she couldn’t do her job nearly as well as she does without the support of INDUS staff and management. It’s the people at INDUS that really make a difference.
“All the people here are top notch. They care about the customer and they care about their people. I’m able to do what I want to do to get the job done, and if I need help they’ve got my back. And everyone here is so smart—it seems like everyone is always one step ahead.”
What makes INDUS employees different? Cathy says it’s the unique corporate culture.
“This is the first company I’ve worked for where the values they say they have are real. We really do have the culture and integrity we advertise. INDUS realizes that in order to take care of the customer, you have to take care of your people. It’s a good place to work.”
