“INDUS gets it. I have always had the best support and plenty of independence.” Dave has been with INDUS since 2002, when he signed on as a program manager for the company's NASA Scientific and Engineering Workstation Procurement (SEWP) program support contract. Dave still manages the contract today, and has also taken on the responsibility of heading the project support team for NASA's Integrated Enterprise Management (IEM) program.
The NASA SEWP program is one of the most successful in the Federal Government—and Dave says that’s because it’s supported by INDUS.
“SEWP is one of the most successful programs out there, and most of the program is INDUS people. It’s a great feeling knowing that my staff is making a real difference.”
Dave attributes INDUS’ ability to thrive in this arena to the company’s culture and philosophy.
“INDUS has incredible executive support. When issues come up, there is always someone there with an answer. Also, they’ve allowed me a tremendous amount of independence; not only have they trusted me to know who my customers are and what they want, they’ve actually encouraged me to go out and beat the bushes to bring in more business.”
