Although Tyrone Brackins, Ty to his friends and INDUS colleagues, is one of the newest members of INDUS' technical management team, he came to INDUS with 31 years of industry experience. He is currently working at the Pentagon as our Program Manager for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Integrated Information Management Systems (IIMS) contract supporting the Joint Staff Support Center (JSSC). He oversees a staff of 60 and his primary focus is to treat them in the INDUS style—with dignity and respect. When interviewing prospective candidates Ty tells them“if you are looking for a challenging job, INDUS will accommodate your talents while providing team camaraderie in a great work environment.”
As for his own career, Ty says: “I like having the freedom of being allowed to make a difference in the future success of the company, mentoring my team and having close access to the diverse knowledge of the corporate team.”
