When Charlotte Cepello joined INDUS a year ago, she brought 11 years of experience and a great deal of enthusiasm for her job. As a Senior Accountant at INDUS, Charlotte's job covers a broad scope of accounting functions ranging from Accounts Payable to closing the accounting books at each month's end. Charlotte loves to multitask, and since joining INDUS she has worked directly with everyone in the Corporate Office and has met much of the field staff via telephone and e-mail.
“The part I like most about my job is assisting others when they have accounting questions. I enjoy the interaction the position my job allows me to have with the operations side of the business”
Multitasking also means accepting new responsibilities and learning new things. “Recently I have been given the opportunity to grow in my position and to participate in training that will further my career.” Management support in these endeavors has exceeded Charlotte's expectations. “I love the fact that INDUS treats its employees with respect and as family”. Although I have only been here a short while, I have seen how employees come first.
